A thinking framework that breaks unsolvable business problems into minimum actionable units (nodes) and connects them into chains.

Data and AI accelerate every stage of business. But what accelerates is execution, not thinking. Analysis has become richer, yet decisions are harder. Tools are more powerful, yet consensus on what to solve has blurred. Data doesn't give answers. Thinking does.

Most business problems are wicked problems — ill-defined, without a single answer, where every attempt changes the problem itself. What these problems need is not another process layer, but a recursable minimum unit of thought and a set of connection rules.

The core unit of THINKNOD is the Node. A node consists of an asymmetric diverge-converge cycle, produces a clear output, and that output determines the direction of the next action. One node's output becomes the next node's input, forming a Chain.

Key Proposition — Asymmetry

Divergence and convergence inside a node are asymmetric. Divergence is the phase of securing thinking space — it is not a decision act. Convergence is a decision act, and it defines the closure of the node.

This is the critical divergence from Double Diamond and Design Thinking. Existing models treat divergence and convergence symmetrically, but in a business decision-making context, the two activities do not carry equal weight.
