The reason isn't just convenience; it’s a psychological mechanism I call the "Interface Premium." Physical channels carry an invisible tax of "Social Pressure"—the anxiety of a queue and the pressure of a human interaction. In contrast, a digital interface acts as a "Private Playground," granting customers the 'permission to explore.' This freedom nearly doubles the customization rate, transforming a simple order into a high-value narrative of choice.

02. Production Story: The Methodology of Reasoning

This narrative was not just found; it was designed through a rigorous synthesis of Logic, Empathy, and Form.

Logic (Data Engineering): I utilized a high-fidelity simulated dataset of 100,000 Starbucks transactions from Kaggle (Feb 2026) to serve as a statistically sound proxy for modern retail behavior.
